It is only applicable to Windows 10 Version 2004 devices that have installed the 2020-10 or later Cumulative Update.

Feature update to windows 10 version 20h2 sccm I have deployed the Windows 10 20H2 Feature Update via SCCM (download from MS Cloud Settings) to a collection of computers running 2004.
